Marketing Mastermind: which consists of one day Masterclasses (request a location near you,) Zoom calls, and a Facebook group for dropping information constantly as we stay at the top of the REI marketing game.
The Tax Sale Mastermind: We'll have 12 sessions of researching properties on a Monday (free tip- you're wasting time if you look any sooner than the day before) and then going through the buying process on Tuesday via live streaming video. You can also show up and roll with us when you can!
The Apartment Mastermind: Weekly training sessions on all things apartment investing. Also a Facebook group for laser focused communication.
The R2R Mastermind: The one that started it all. The core of this one is owner financing strategies, but we cover every inside and outside of it also. Wholesaling, wholetailing, raising funds, building your team, etc. if you can name it we cover it. If you ask something that we don't know the answer to, we'll bring someone in so everyone can learn it together! There are weekly calls, private strategy sessions, and a Facebook group for this thing also!
With the final 2 we're hosting 4 bigtime events and Mastermind meetups with incredible investors that are dominating their markets right now over the course of 2020 (the first was held February 19th-23rd in Las Vegas) with future locations to be announced, next up is Denver!
